Paralysis
A couple of months ago i was reading about how Passion flower can be used to help relax one self into a deep trance needed for Astral Projection An Lucid dreams.I Proceeded By buying a Sleep Soundly Supplement which contains 500 mg of L-Tryptopan, Passion flower, Lemon Balm Extract,Chamomile flower, Valerian root 200mgs all together, L-theanine 50mg an 3mg of Melatonin.Just an all around relaxing cocktail perfect for entering deep trances.So that night i decided to take 3 pills an started to relax my myself.I would say it took about 30 mins to enter into sleep paralysis.From there things only got weird.I left my body in what is known as astral projection i was floating above my body then out of know where i could not move my astral body.My astral body started vibrating at such a high speed i was scared.So i closed my astral eyes then i heard Summerian lang talking to me with a metalic cling to it.It sounded so powerful almost godly. i felt the thing as it got closer it made me vibrate at a higher speed.I have never been more scared in my life.I move my real hand so it looked like i was making a chi ball i do not know why but it worked an scared the thing away i woke up out of the trance. Scared an confused went back to bed an it happened a couple more time so i woke up an called my best friend <PERSON> at 2am woke him up an talked.Waiting for sunrise.
