Screaming or howling

20.10.2011Where is my beach!? (WILD) NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID I woke up at 3:00 AM. I studied anatomy until 3:45, then went downstairs and had a glass of water and a glass of orange juice. I went back to my room, and went on the computer for 10 or 15 minutes. At about 4:00 in the morning I went back to bed. It was very easy to relax because I was really sleepy. I decided I would give Free Falling WILD a shot. I was determined to become aware right before falling asleep, and "catch" myself before falling asleep. I might have lost consciousness for a little while, but suddenly it hit me, I was on the verge of falling asleep. I noticed random thoughts in my head, and could not make any sense out of them. I started to really pay attention to my thoughts, as to not lose consciousness. Sleep paralysis then set in. I felt extremely relaxed, and felt a couple of vibrations through my body. I believe I felt my teeth chattering at some point. I had a hypnagogic hallucination about my dad laughing and entering my room, which I knew could not be true because my dad is out of town. I stayed still for a while, about 2 minutes. I then decided it was time to step into the dream, which I do by simply stepping out of bed, my dream bed. This time however as soon as I started moving to get out of my bed, it felt as if it was waking life, so I stayed still for a little longer, and eventually did a reality check to make sure I was dreaming. I stood out of bed, adrenaline rushing through my body, I wanted to fly, scream, do anything. I was extremely excited, I had not had a lucid dream in over 2 months, but the dry spell was over. Everything was dark, just like my room had been a couple of minutes ago when I was studying for anatomy. I looked out the window, it was night time. I jumped through the window, but then realized I should stabilize. I held on to the very edge of my window, and pulled myself back into my room. I sat on my bed and looked at my hands. I rubbed them together, and tried to turn the lights on. It did not work, like usual, but I focused really hard on making the lights turn on, and they slowly did (as if I was using a dimmer). I looked around my room, everything looked normal. I thought about what I wanted to do, and then remembered my goal: I wanted to find a beach and try to find or summon <PERSON>. I jumped out the window once again and started flying as fast as I could. It was now daytime, I saw a building far away, and was very curious about it. I went inside the building, and kept reminding myself it was a dream. The bulding was like a hotel, and there was some kind of convention going on. I looked at a clock, it marked 1:15, I looked away, and then back at the clock, it read 1:06. I found it funny how texts and the time changed constantly in dreams. I flew out of the bulding, and found myself in a mountain. I was flying, looking for ocean. I then saw water far behind some mountains. I started flying as fast as I could, but started losing lucidity. I arrived at a little beach, but when I got there it said it was my brother's property, and for some reason I thought it meant I had to leave. I was probably less than half lucid by now, when I heard music coming from the forest. I ran towards the music and found some kind of water park in the middle of the forest. I went on a water slide, which took me to a natural pothole. The water was chilly, I loved it.
