Paralysis

Lucid Dream Thoughts Middlestate This morning attempt made me realise that those terms are actually wrong. Atleast they are not clear enough. I woke up to the alarm, but I was to awake to be able to fall asleep, although I still went into a subconscious focus, but this time I was in a more conscious focus than subconscious, but it was still a subconscious focus and therefore a dreamlike state. This experience made me understand the different states better. A Lucid dream is a state where I am in a fully subconscious focus, but where I let some of my conscious mind be a part of it. A dream is a state where I only am in a subconscious focus, maybe 0.1 % of the conscious too, and thatas why I remember the dreams as vivid or real. Thoughts is actually the exact same thing, but here I am in a fully conscious state, the subconscious is still active although I am not aware of it. But this morning I experienced something new. And none of these terms explains that, so I need a new word. I woke up to the first alarm. Then I tried to go back to sleep, but I just could not. So I lay there through some of the alarms, then I gave up. I got out of bed did reality checks so I was sure that I was awake. Then I turned the alarm off. Then I went back to bed trying to get back to sleep... I thought about school and my homework, and suddenly I had a really vivid thought of standing there, but it was not a dream, because I was still aware of my body in bed and I could move it and so on. I even went up and wrote some notes about this experience and then I got back to the thinking state again. My thoughts were as vivid as a dream, but I was not in sleep paralysis and I was not asleep. I was in a more conscious state then a subconscious, but I was stil in a more subconscious state than when I am awake and in a less subconscious state than when I am dreaming. I find no words for it, but I guess I will call it a middlestate. Because it is something in between. Hopeully I can fall asleep tomorrow and get a more subconscious focus, I think I will set my alarm earlier so I am not to awake or conscious.
