What the evidence shows
Points toward something real
- 65 reports across 4 nights in the same ~100 km cell
- Consistent signature every wave: three red lights, triangle or line formation, silent, slow, vanishing one by one
- Multiple towns per night (up to 6) — witnesses who could not have coordinated
- Recurrence over 13 months at the same location
Points the other way
- Halloween 2004 wave shows low wording-independence (0.35): some reports may echo each other or media coverage
Ordinary explanations people have offered
- Flares on balloons or LED-lit balloons (proposed at the time; never demonstrated for all four waves)
- Aircraft in formation (inconsistent with hover-then-fade descriptions)
Still unanswered
- No explanation covers all four waves
- Why the same location, a year apart?

Wording independence near 1.0 means people described it in their own words. A low number means some accounts may be echoing each other, and we show it either way.
