Very low deep throbbing that I can hear when inside. It will go for 4 to7 seconds then stop, then continue on and off, on and off. I began to notice it several years ago in the summer. I have no hearing problems. It seems to be heard indoors as the foundations reverberate the deep frequency. I hate it!! I thought it was a neighbor but then heard it several miles from my home. I just noticed it at my daughter's home today so I know it is not something localized.
