Low F (fa) which actually vibrates on my ears. I can only say that I have an above average hearing. In the past I could listen to two tables at a restaurant and tell what was discussed at each table. I am a very alert person so my ears work 24/7. I think the medical name for this is called Hyperacousia. My Advil use is very low (maybe took 10 times in my whole life, I use Paracetamol for headaches).
