An account in United States of America, Tidioute

Sorta like a load a loaded generator that is maintaining a constant load. It has that phase oscillation, that three phase motors have Very low sound frequency. Not electrical but definitely rotor driven. Reminds me of a long wall shear in a coal mine but there are no coal mine near here. Does the noise move? Does it seem to get nearer and then farther? Is the sound all encompassing or does it have a direction? Is the sound the same standing or sitting?
