Low vivrating/rombling noise that seema to come from outside. It can go on for 5 min then it lowers down (seems to leave)and can come back (withgrowing intensity) Yes it is not a permanent sound.. its been months since I last heard it. It wakes me up in the middle of night when it comes, then it stays sometimes for 2-3min other times for 10mins but it finally always goes away (like it diminishing as if leaving like a helicopter or a earthquake that comes, stays next to your house for minutes then leaves.. ).. and the sound feels like a pulse (its not continuously the same tone)
