Low frequency droning like a distant Diesel Locomotive. Even heard a distant locomotive come and go and the sound in my head disappeared as it passed in the distance. Had the same experience with a motorcycle last night laying here in bed. It gradually got louder until a motorcycle passed, and as it faded away it eventually just returned to the same Hum but there was no notices change it when I didn’t notice the motorcycle. It’s like the sound morphed into it.
