Low hum. Continuous. Some oscillation in loudness. Some breaks in the sound for a second or so occasionally. At night, although today for the first time I continued to lie in bed and follow the sound into the morning (currently 8:00 AM PST) and still going. The sound generator didn’t duplicate the exact sound. The best way to describe it would be like a bass guitar sound a half a mile away. And the volume oscillates. At its peak volume it almost feels like my entire body feels a mild vibration.
