low rumble like a diesel truck idling far away. somehow more noticeable inside at times I did read about the ambidextrous correlation and yes I am usually right handed but I have fracture my wrist two weeks ago and have been using my left way more often than usual. Also I can't rule out the possibility of ADHD or ADD in myself as it was suspected by my teachers in middle school many years ago. However, I've never sought treatment or received a professional diagnosis.
