Sounded like a train in the distance that never ended but there are no cargo trains in the entire country. Maybe an idle engine for at least an hour. My wife wasn't able to hear it. The sound definitely seemed external to me because it would have a different volume based on what room of the house I was in. I turned off everything in the house to make sure it wasn't something inside that was causing it.
