constant throbbing low hum, so loud to me but no one else hears it, is not tinnitus, sounds similar to a airplane heard from a distance but is constant never gets closer or fades away I live near a airport does not appear associated with that, also live near a base, at first thought it was Navy Hovercraft maneuvers but I hear it all the time now, even when no maneuvers are being practiced
