AnomalyLow level like idling engine. PULSATES I think my case may be somewhat unique because I have heard it in multiple countries and in different kinds of locations (urban, rural, suburban). Also I have heard it for over 20 years and it has changed. Gotten worse in Ireland and better in the US.
