Diesel Moor Idling in the distance i have been working in marketing and social work, i am not a scientist, but i am 100 % sure the sound is external not internal, it must be related to the power grid, or the 4G and 5G cell phone stations, another possibility i suggest, are pipes that vibrate to a certain frequency
