Rumbling in Ballarat North, Ballarat
rumbling low level sound I have only ever heard it inside a house. First at the house at Lucas in Ballarat, and now in my home in Ballarat North. Never anywhere else. Usually I get up very early, around 4am, and that is when I usually will hear it. But lately in the late afternoon in my house, too.
