Like a distant truck idling..very low I think it has to do with smart meters and smart wifi enabled technology. They have put a wifi based monitor system in a few days ago to watch over peoples yacts. Also I suspect one of my neigbhours may have got a smart home setup.

What they reported

First noticed: 2018

Pitch: Sine wave and at 100hz or even lower.

Loudest: Equal night and day

Where: Equal indoors and outdoors

Symptoms: Sense of vibration, Its intrusive

Changes with weather: Not that ive noticed. Used to live in London, heard it there, moved to Florida, havent heard it here in years, and a few days ago it started.
