An open record of things people cannot explain

An account in Isre, France

On May 14, 1979, around 1 p.m., several people observed a bright object in a clear, windless sky. The object was oval-shaped and silver-colored; it moved slowly while oscillating on a north-south trajectory and gradually lost altitude. Appearing to fall behind a hill, one of the witnesses went to look for it and would see the object rise rapidly and disappear. No noise was heard by the witnesses. These people probably saw a balloon, although this hypothesis was not formally proven.
