An account in Vosges, France

A witness reports by email in January 2009 three observations of UAP. Unfortunately he no longer remembers the exact date (the first two in the years 1955/1960 in Remiremont (88) and in the suburbs of Nancy (54) and the third in 1975 in Guadeloupe). The date of January 1, 1955 is given arbitrarily for the first observation of the movement of a luminous phenomenon. The witness reports having seen on a Sunday evening around 5 p.m. or 6 p.m. a circular luminous object about 50 m in diameter at 400 or 500 m from the road and 50 m from the ground. Despite our request for details concerning each observation, no questionnaire was returned to us. GEIPAN classifies these observations as C: lack of information.
