On March 31, 2014 at around 10:33 PM, several people in different regions of France observed the passage of a luminous phenomenon in the sky. Three testimonies were collected reporting observations in Strasbourg (Bas-Rhin), in Peigney (Haute-Marne), and in Rombas (Moselle). That day, numerous observations were listed on specialized websites in France but also in Germany.
