On August 23, 2015 at 10:25 PM, two witnesses observe in the sky the movement of a luminous phenomenon moving at constant speed. However, the UAP slightly changes direction several times (North, then NW, then finally North), which intrigues the observers. Only one questionnaire is filled out.
