On July 12, 2014, a witness observed, from their balcony, the slow group movement of four blue circles. They began to blink and left together, maintaining an equal distance from one another. Given the objective elements defined in the investigation report (see the attached document), the hypothesis of a festive event without the possibility of confirmation makes the strangeness of the phenomenon average to low.
