An account in Is�re, France

Following an article in the local press (not present in the GEIPAN archives), several people testify to the gendarmerie about their observations made during January 1976 (the date of the 5th is given for the first observation). Each witness observed, on different days, times, and places, a particular luminous phenomenon or object. One of the witnesses says he saw a man come out of a craft on the ground and walk toward him. Frightened, the witness fled. He says he had the same encounter the next day. The gendarmerie found no trace or clue at the scenes confirming or disproving the witnesses' brief statements.
