On September 24, 2013, a witness having lunch with family observes a very bright ball, passing silently above a tree line in a straight trajectory, then seeming to zigzag very quickly and change trajectory. Given the elements defined in the investigation report, namely a very bright, shiny ball, moving in a straight line at the beginning and end of its trajectory, consistent with an object carried by the wind and with a change in the object's direction consistent with variable winds in the area, but also the possibility of storm activity that could produce ball lightning phenomena, we have two possible hypotheses, but both are nonetheless rather unlikely. The information provided by the witnesses allows neither confirming nor ruling out these hypotheses. This case is classified as "C" due to lack of information and cross-corroboration.
