An open record of things people cannot explain

An account in Calvados, France

On Wednesday, August 8, 2014, at around 2:40 p.m., several people observe in the clear sky the movement of numerous black shapes that seem to float and fall. One of the witnesses has time to take photographs and two videos of the objects, which at times appear frayed. The observation will last 5 minutes without any particular noise being heard. Only one testimony is collected. This testimony is of very good consistency: precise and accompanied by photographic and video documents, but coming from a single witness. Given the objective elements presented by the investigation report, and in particular the movement of the UAPs in the general direction of the wind as well as their appearance, it is very likely that these objects are only debris from a balloon that burst in flight, or more likely combustion debris from a fire nearby. We can conclude that this case is to be classified as "B" as a probable observation of light and disparate debris carried by the wind.
