On February 3, 2011, between 7:20 and 7:24 a.m., a witness on a parking lot observes the straight, rapid passage with a change of direction of a non-blinking white light in the sky. No noise was heard during the observation and no trail was seen. No other testimony about this phenomenon will be collected by the gendarmerie. This observation case was first classified as "D1" in 2011 by GEIPAN, then studied again in 2013 with a new hypothesis put forward by an internet user. This case is moderately consistent (a single eyewitness, no recording), the description of the observed UAP is very precise. The described phenomenon presents many common characteristics (observation duration, shape, size, color, trajectory) with a perfectly known astronautic object: the International Space Station (ISS), well present in the area of the observed sky, although the witness does not mention it. In GEIPAN's current classification, this case of low strangeness is classified as UAP B, probable observation of the International Space Station.
