An account in Haute-Sa�ne, France

On June 2, 2010, at around 8:30–8:45 PM, a witness very briefly observed the passage of an ovoid-shaped object of a pale fluorescent green color. This luminous object came from the south and headed north-northeast along a straight trajectory at high speed. No noise was heard and no trail was seen following this object. The observation describes a luminous phenomenon lasting a very short time (1 to 2 seconds), very fast, shaped like a comet (which suggests an atmospheric re-entry), pale fluorescent green in color (also characteristic of an atmospheric re-entry). This case is classified as B, as a probable atmospheric re-entry of a meteor.
