An account in Isre, France

On November 8, 2002, from 11:45 PM to 12:15 AM, observation by a couple of witnesses of a luminous phenomenon consisting of about a dozen luminous points arranged in an oval and rotating clockwise. At the center of the phenomenon were half a dozen fixed luminous points. No noise was heard. Although the investigation could not establish it, it is probable, according to their description, that the witnesses saw from very far away the effects of an advertising laser projector.
