An account in Cte-d'Or, France

On May 16, 1993 at 7:15 PM, two passengers of an ultralight aircraft observe in the distance a bluish sphere that rotates on itself while moving at high speed. The weather and visibility are excellent. The sphere quickly approaches the ultralight and crosses it at high speed. The observation lasted 15 to 20 seconds. The investigation with civil and military authorities did not make it possible to identify the phenomenon, no aircraft having been able to be matched in this observation, which was not detected by radar. This phenomenon remains unexplained.
