On April 21, 1982 at around 11 p.m., several CB radio operators spread across an entire sector called each other about a point shining in a particular way. Through binoculars, this object appeared triangular, emitting an intense light. At very high altitude, it made zigzags and sometimes hovered in place. No trail was seen behind the object.
