Screaming or howling

I just had a Flase awakening, the first one was me in a mall, hanging out with my mom and my friends. We went for pizza, soon we left. And at that time. Out of random a baby in a stroller called me dad. And my mom chuckled at that, after i turned away. A blonde haired boy went pass me to order. By that time my mom and friends had gone down, leaving me at the upper floor I ran to catch up, and even thought i was a conveyor type of escalator, i was constantly grabbing at the unevenly placed bars as if i was going to fall. By the time i made it down. I looked around and they were nowhere to be seen. And that was when i realized it was a false awakening. I suddenly dropped to the ground and started yelling out "I AM DREAMING!!" And after that. I 'woke' up. I was in a dark room. I quickly went out and called for my mom. And she was there. I hugged her from the scare of this false awakening. But then. The hug did not really feel there. So i realized it again, it was a second false awakening. By this time the dream had shattered. Leaving me with my eyes closed and desperate to wake up. I did my best to scream out and move my hands. I could feel them moving. But it did not budge. I managed to scream slightly and wake from it. This is my 2nd (or 3rd) time experiencing False awakenings. And so far...i really do not like them. The first one was a constant loop. I was in the bedroom, going out to the living room and all the furniture was wrapped in plastic. And at that. The dream suddenly went. Into what i thought was reality. But was the 2nd loop. I went out again. The furnitures now all being made of metal. For some reason at this. I was greatly scared. And then it shattered. Starting the 3rd loop. I felt as if something was chasing me. Although it was the same location. Once again. Shattered. And the final loop. The entire room was lit in orange. And by this time i thought i was in sleep paralysis. So i did my best to move my hands in reality. And it managed to work. Breaking free from the dream. I really do not know what is on my mind to be causing dreams like this. But i just want one peaceful and happy loop dream...
