Date: December 19 ||| Time Block: 12:15 PM to 2:30 PM ||| Length: 5 minutes. ||| Lucidity: level 2. ||| Entry Type: DILD ||| Major Methods: WBTB, MILD Methods: woke up, watched <PERSON> in bed for about two hours while on the iPad, got back in bed, was resting in different positions while thinking of LD memory and trying various methods lightly. Summary: was in a regular dream, but then became lucid for short time when noticing oddities; felt as though still lying in bed, but heard music very realistically and loudly, corresponding to actual songs; was controlling the music, playing notes just by willing them to be played; felt some anxiety when I could not move my body, and imagined there being somebody who could potentially come into my room; also, was not getting enough air because my mouth was pressed up by the pillow, yet I could not control my breathing rate to make up for it.
