An account

My sister calls me from England to tell me that my cousin <PERSON> has broken her arm but it is Wednesday and the hospital is closed until Sunday and therefore she cannot be treated. I tell her that this is terrible and would never happen in the USA. I am then with my sister under an awning by the water. Her husband is with her and we are talking about picking up our parents and taking them to dinner. She says she was not expecting them to be coming and has asked someone else to join us instead. I am at a relatives house and they have three small children. I offer to go and get them up from a nap and am changing the baby when someone comes in the room and says happy Independence Day. I am then in a room where a dinner is about to take place. I notice that a man I do not like is seated in the chair next to where I will be sitting. I am very unhappy about the seating arrrangements.
