Paralysis
Last night was the worst night of sleep I have ever had in my entire life. I cannot remember any details of the nightmares other than I was watching women be seduced and then violently raped and murdered. There was no continuity between dreams they were totally random. I also had a false awakening where i awoke, looked at my clock and it was well after I was supposed to be at school so I looked out the window to see if it snowed however, there was no snow on the ground outside, and i thought it was Friday. (In reality there is a foot of snow on the ground and it is a Monday). I then snapped back into my bed with a crushing weight on my chest, unable to move. I heard the sounds of women gagging and began to panic. I kept telling myslef it was only sleep paralysis and forced my eyes closed so I did not see the horrors that were surely in my room. I felt as though my chest were a limb and punched with it. This caused me to wake up for real by jerking my body up right. I spent the next 20 minutes trying to calm myself down with a pounding headache. Worst. Night. Ever. .
