Lucid Dream Semi-Lucid Dream Thoughts This time I did not wake up in sleep paralysis. Instead I woke up with a really strong feeling of failure. I were one alarm from the 20 minute interval, which is were I usually wake up in sleep paralysis, but this time I instead got out of bed because a strong feeling of failure. Then I went back to sleep and had some normal dreams. Right now I am foccusing on just to get some free OBEs/lucid dreams with the timer method and when I am used to the awake and asleep treshold, I will start to use some Lucidology techniques to make me control the transition myself. I were standing on a beach and me and my friend <PERSON> found a boat. We took the boat and were just about to take of, but then we heard som people screaming at us. "Hey what the F* are you doing?!", it was a blonde tall man and I got the impression that he was a brat. We started fingting and I fell into the water and the dream changed. I had a barbecue with my friend <PERSON> and a girl named <PERSON>. <PERSON> called me out in the gardeb and told me that I had to try to lay in the hammock. I had trouble with getting up in the hammock without falling down, when I finally got up <PERSON> crawled up and were laying next to me. I felt embarressed and my feelings started to go crazy. Then another girl walked into the garden. Her name was <PERSON> and then the dream ended.
