Paralysis
[First entry] Yesterday I tried a WILD attempt. I was hypering before (ADD) and just needed to calm down. I had Insomnia but that is a normal state of being. So I got into my bed, "relaxed" and imagined me to a place where I wanted to be picked up... (hard to explain). My whole body was itchy... I got Tinnitus and my daydreaming was ... flickering around with over a billion other thoughts. So I squinnied my eyes together and tried to focus on that place ... after maybe an hour my body was ... paralysed and my focus was more or less clear. That was it. Not more. I tried for another hour somehow to get IN THE DREAM but I could not ... It was really going qualmishly and I had to stop and move my body, got up ... back on the PC lol. Oh yeah, well ... just "fuck it" ;_; I will it try today again, in a few hours ...
