Lucid Dream Thoughts Hypnagogic I did not use the timer method this night, because I did not slept the amount of hours that is usually needed for me to hit the REM. But I got a false awakening instead, on which I could have realised that I was dreaming on, but I did not reality checked so.. I woke up and thought that even though I did not use the timer I can still use this as a oppurtunity to <PERSON>, because I was aware of the awakening. So I closed my eyes and tried to <PERSON>. I expected nothing, because usually the dreamy feeling come by itself. And well nothing happend and I gave up. I got out of bed and .. I woke up in my bed, the real bed. And I realsied that if I just had reality checked it could have become a lucid dream... Anyway I fell asleep and dreamed again. I were in town and saw my friend driving a car, and this friend does not even have a driver's license, so this was weird. I went to my school and met my friends, I felt as something was wrong but I never realised anything. To morrow I will use the timer. But I am also gonig to do a nap attempt now. I have never done that before so I will see how it goes.
