Lucid Dream Thoughts Hypnagogic I went to bed at a specific time and set my alarm at a specific time, so I sync my biologicalclock with the sun, but I adjusted it a little so it would fit my morning routine, so with one sleep cycle (90 minutes). The way I know this is because of the Bio2 Real Time, <PERSON>'s app. I actually remember many dreams, but they are not interesting for you and it is not worth to write all them down, so I will start at the lucid. But I can say that all the dreams were very vivid and most of them felt like I experienced them. Anyhow I had just finished my dream of walking up the stairs to the Eifeltower and it led to the Great Wall for some reason. But the dream changed and I was standing in my school, with my classmates. I did not hear them talk, but I heard my friend just laugh to nothing "He he... haha hehe" I noticed that something was strange. I went to the toilet and started to pee. When I felt that I was done, the urge came back, so I could not stop pee. I realised that this was a dream and I knew that I can pee in dreams without doing it for real, so I was not worried. I went outside, but I was standing there naked. For some reason my clothes had disapeared. I was feeling a little embarrassed, but I knew that it was a dream and it was only my classes' dreamcharacters looking at me, but it was a little uncomfortable, so I imagined myself some new clothes. I saw my friend <PERSON> and asked him for fun "What stabilisation technique do you want me to use?" He said "Spinning" I started to spin slowly, so I could still see the surroundings. When I stopped Amanada was standing infront of me. I looked her in the eyes and said "Hello!" Then I throw myself up in the air and landed on my back, and it actually hurted a little. Then I rubbed my hands. I do not believe in dream sharing or that stuff, but in this dream I started to consider that <PERSON> might be herself in my dream, so I told her to count my fingers on one hand. She said "haha why? but ok 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 ... 15!". She looked surprised at me and I said "This is a dream! You are dreaming!" Shortly after this I started dreaming normally again, so I did not experienced something special. Although in the non lucid dream after this, I jumped out from a window and flew a broom and I also used the cruciatus curse on a mean guy. I woke up alert and refreshed! I hope that this was not a placebo or something, because then <PERSON> might have found the best lucid aid to lucid dreaming! And also I am ranked as <PERSON> Banhurts Dream Journal program now :D

Because this is my first post, I guess a good place to start is at the beginning - where my journey into the lucid state first began. I have always had an interest in dreams. My non-lucid dr
