Paralysis

Adventures with myself- Lucid-Non Lucid-Comments-Dialogue Woke up around 8am and decided to wild so I tried to relax in the supine position and waited, I really wanted to become lucidbecause lately my awareness has been non-existent, I do not remember what I used as an anchor but some time later I realised I could not move and there was a presence so I did not panic and tried to grab it but it was out of reach and I did not want to wake up so I let it be. Plan B- So instead I visualised moving around my room, then eventually detached from my body and crouched at the foot of my bed feeling the wall against my back, then for some reason I became the presence looking down at myself lying on my bed it was like I moved back in time, because this was my sleep paralysis scene from earlier from different perspective, Anyway the other me woke up, mostly because I was shaking him and for a minute, we started at each other then he did what he/I always do, smiled at me like he was amused ,then he indicated that he was going back to sleep and that I should not disturb him then he rolled onto his side and looked the other way, I stood up and rubbed my hands out of habit even though the environment had stabilised itself and thought of what to do... 'are you my dream guide'? He stood up and faced me then told me something about dream guides that I do not remember, I think he said something like 'You are your own dream-guide' (insert- some stuff about self control that I wish I could remember) At some point after the speech I looked away from him and tried to summon my dream-guide maybe because I did not believe him? In any-case I lost lucidity and my recall is at critical levels so I do not know what happened after that.
