Oh yeah i forgot i had a deamviews account maybe i should attempt lucid dreams again...Wait, WHERE DID ALL MY DREAM JOURNAL POSTS GO!!! Guess that is what i get for being inactive for so long but college will do that to you. Thought about attempting lucid dreaming again on the way back from my grandparents house for the 4th of july. I was sleeping while my brother was driving and something caused me to wake up but still be in sleep paralysis and i thought to myself "hey i could try and attempt entering a dream from here" but of course i failed. So back to entering DJ's again, here goes: 7/18 Tried taking 1000MG of fish oil before bed to try and help my dismall recall but in the end when i woke up i could not remember a single dream. 7/19 Did some research and decided that maybe keeping up with a daily 5-HTP supplement might work better for me, some say it helps dream vividness and that is one of the major things that helps me remember dreams. And it worked! Still only remembered one dream and even then it was only a partial bit. In the dream one of my former classmates from highschool gave me this weird looking brown chihuahua dog with ears that were on the direct top of its head, one behind the other. I guess i left the shop we were at (apparently) but for some reason i did not have the dog anymore where upon leaving another one of my former classmates drove up in a huge black truck with huge tires on it and walked out with my old middle school biology teacher who i guess was in the passenger seat? its wild weird stuff like that that i enjoy exploring my dreams so much but still no lucids to this date
