Paralysis
I was in some kind of beach/resort area that lacked a hotel building. It was simply a large number of sand dunes covered in grass nearby a beach with some palm trees. And all I can remember about the area aside from the general terrain was that I think <PERSON> was there along with my family. (Although I was not lucid) And I was trying to make a sand castle. There were a couple of really well made and detailed sand castles on the beach, and I had wanted to make my own, but I could not find a good spot, because most of the beach was rocks. I was in my family's old van, my mom was driving, and I was in the backseat. I felt very small, perhaps what had happened earlier in the dream explained that I was in fact younger again. Also it was nighttime and very dark both inside and outside the car. But I did a nose pinch RC and found out I could breathe. I went on to tell my mom that I was dreaming and ask her to stop the car so that I could get out so that I could do lucid dream things. But instead, her outline arose from in-front of the seat and her fingers grew long and pointy like claws, and her hair seemed to get more messed up and disheveled. She started to climb other the seat and swipe at me with her claws. But, because I was lucid, I was not at all scared by the situation. I realized that I was unable to move or speak, and my only option was to simply wake myself up.
