Humanoid in San Bernardino County, California

Heard whistling and wood-chomping noises and looked towards sounds and saw hairy man-like creature (very muscular). It saw me and stayed there for approx. 2 min. Then walked into the treeline by the edge of [Lytle] creek. Went back later and found footprints by the creek.
