Sleep event

the first one.i was back home turn stuff off before going to bed like i did growing up (i am not ocd...i had an irresponsible mother who left the stove on, the dog outside, and the front door wide open) i got to this last machine.but did not really know how to work <PERSON> looked like a cooking channel...which my mom watched but never did (she could burn canned frosting).and then i hit a button...and it was asking what recipe i wanted.and i did not know how to go back...and i thought it was just going to show it and go back to the menu where i might be able to turn it off.nope.out pops a tomato from who knows where.i took the tomato as it was getting cut up and the machine stopped.there was something weird with my hands though.the knives went right through them like i was a ghost.then i woke up a few hours later i went back to sleep.i had this dream where i was in the psyc ward.and there was a group therapy room.and i kept moving chairs.and this one person kept walking in the room naked.and i do not know the gender of the person.but they were really fat.i moved when she sat next to me..they took her to get dressed right after that..and the therapist had me sit back in that chair when he came in.because i had left paper there.but the paper only had doodles on it.and he kept bumping into me.and everyone in the room was in lala land except me and 3-4 other people.but they were not paying much attention because they did not want to be there.and then he started touching my arms and tickling me.and i moved away to the other side of the room.and he came over and wanted to keep tickling me.and i kicked him below the belt.and went to the nurses' station to get ice and there were two security guys standing there and i asked them for help.and the therapist told them to stop me.and they listened to him and not me.and each one of them took one of my hands and he punched me in the face again.and i blacked out in the dream and entered another dream?.i am not sure.but i was outside in a parking lot with blankets.and i had to take them back inside so i could go eat.and i was at the place to eat.but had to go across 7-8 parking lots to get to the place to put the blankets and then get back.i ended up in this park...and there were white steps that led to a tennis court.and i stopped going down them because they were steep and i was afraid i was going to fall.and i had the blankets wrapped around me at the time. then this guy came up to me and said i have to follow the yellow spots.and there was one on this step.and i went down the hill and he was leading me.and i took off the blankets when we got to this weird basketball court.and there was this guy standing on a yellow spot in the ground in the middle of it.and his head had a large helmet that looked like a basketball on it.and we chased him and were competing to catch him.then eventually decided we have to work together.and then we caught him after he had run all over the park.and took him back to the basketball court.his helmet had fallen off.and there was a yellow spot on the wall on top of a mural of a basketball.and the other dude wanted to hit his head off the wall (like my mother used to do to me and my siblings) but i would not let him.and the basketball head guy touched his head to the wall and this buzzer sounded.i woke up to me alarm clock
