Sleep event

18/12/2010 Lucid dream - OBE type exit I went to bed very early at 8:00 because I had a headache and was very tired. I awoke from this dream experience at 8:57. The fact that I was dead tired probably helped me fall into a REM stage of sleep faster than usual. Firstly I woke up with some fragments of a dream that I now forgot. I went back to sleep doing a 3rd eye meditation. I started to feel a spinning sensation and soon I fell out of my body and on to my bedroom floor. I felt the floor boards against my back, I was laying on my back facing the ceiling. Suddenly I started getting pulled through the floor. I could not see anything it was all black. I felt as though I was being stretched. I sprang back into my body like a rubber band. Stayed there for a while then started floating up towards the ceiling passed through the roof the sky was all blue, strange since it as night time. I started moving faster and faster, the suddenly 'landed' in my room in a fully lucid state. I did not bother with any reality checks as I already knew I was dreaming I opened my bedroom door, the house looked so real nothing was out of place, I suddenly had a bad feeling that maybe I was not dreaming. Since I was wearing nothing but my underpants. I quickly ran into the bathroom directly opposite my room. I looked in the mirror, my eyes were all red and swollen. I must be dreaming my face looks too strange, I did a reality check of pushing my hand through the other one, it passed through with ease, phew I was dreaming. I looked at my hands in the mirror they were just a ball of skin/hands joined together. I waked out and back into my room I put some cloths on just in case, I still was not totally convinced.( even if I did push my hand through the other one) I walked out into the living room my brother and his friend were watching TV the room was very different from real life so I knew I was dreaming. I looked at her and said " Come with me." She said "no I am with him" "Of course you are, sorry I will leave now:, and I headed out the back door. Strangely my backyard was that of a house I lived in over a year ago. I was walking towards the front fence, it is a 6foot high steel fence, I thought I will just walk through it since I am dreaming So I did just that, but to my surprise the fence actually fell over. I walked out to the road there were lots of cars driving by as if it were a main road. I decided to just walk out into the middle of the road and steal someone is car. A motorbike was approaching I though to myself cool this will be fun to ride around on. The bike stopped I signalled to the guy to get of, and take his helmet off, he obeyed but looked very sad. I was struggling to get the helmet on apparently I had something on my head not too sure. While I was struggling another bike exactly the same pulled up and the guy from the first bike tried to get on his, I stopped him. "What are you doing, you can not take that bike:, I said to him. "I only just bought the bike". "When did you buy it"," yesterday lunchtime". I fely really sad for stealing his bike so I gave it back. I then woke up and was surprised to find I had only been asleep for less than 1 hour.
