Waking Non-Lucid Lucid Yet another LD that happened earlier. Just so I do not have to type this out every time ALL OF MY DJ ENTRIES FROM NOW UNTIL WHEN I SAY THEY ARE UP TO DATE ARE PAST EXPERIENCES. I was at my middle school and my school ball team had finished practice. We were all sitting on the bleachers and talking. My coach told me and a few others that we needed to fill in for the school's flag football team. (IWL we did not have a flag football team) I was not looking forward to having to play with a bunch of girls. A lot of spectators were in the stands. Two of my friends were having a dunk contest. One of them jumped and landed on the rim and fell down. Someone said, "That had to hurt." I jumped and tried to touch the rim but barely got a few inches off the ground. Everyone laughed at me. I laughed too but I also felt bad. I tried to cross some of my teammates over, but the ball kept on flying away from me. Then the bell rang and we headed off to class. One of my teammates was mad and I jokingly told another kid to watch out for him. When I got to my locker, I could not open it and could not get any papers organized. I was not functioning properly and was worried my teacher would be mad at me for being late. A kid in a wheelchair came to help me, then I forgot something at home so I went back there. On the clock at school, it had indicated there were five minutes left until class. In my room, I turned off the light and I heard a narrator's voice, like he was reading a book about me. Then I am tying my shoes and keep messing up. My brother walks in and says something. There is a friend with him. I ask, "So is this a dream?" My brother just ignores me. I thought back to all the times I was not functioning properly, and I realized it indeed was a dream. I did not need to do any RC's. I remembered to slow down and stabilize. I walked outside and touched the truck in my driveway. Then I moved to the back of the truck and read some words on it, they came into focus. After that, I rubbed my hands together and shouted, "Clarity now!" It was dark before but I wanted it to be light and the second I thought that it was dawn. I walked down the street and noticed the neighbor kids riding bikes. I tried floating, which did not work. Then I imagined the ground shot jets of air up and...it worked! I imagined my feet shot air instead, thinking it would be easier, but that did not work either. After floating a few times, I got bored and tried to bound down the street jumping really far. I failed at that too. I thought drinking a magic potion might help so I searched my pockets, nothing was there except two quarters. Something chased me and I tried leaping away, but it was faster and ran in front of me, blocking any escape. The thing was like a dog except it was red and on fire. It is face looked...evil. I imagined I had a sword and I charged. That failed because my sword did not appear, so I ran right past it. I picked up a stick and started attacking with that. The battle then took place in a 2d video game on the computer. I kept accidentally opening new windows and messing up. I ended up losing. I was then downstairs in my living room and my parents were talking to my brother about me.
