An account in Allier, France

On December 26 and 29, 2014, the gendarmes were contacted by two witnesses living in a hamlet in the municipality of Nizerolles (03) who were intrigued by the presence of various luminous points in the night sky (see the investigation report). Given the elements collected, namely: - The existence of tests of regulatory nighttime lighting signals on wind turbines located approximately 12 km from the witnesses and partially visible in the observation axis, confirmed by the gendarmes on site. These lights are the same red color as that noted by the witnesses for two of the UAPs. - The presence of the planet Jupiter, observed in the same axis, moving and of the same color as one of the UAPs. - Public lighting of a nearby hamlet, confusion by witness no. 1 noted by the gendarmes. - Christmas decoration lights, also confusion by witness no. 1 noted by the gendarmes. - The existence for one of the witnesses of a physiological phenomenon of ocular micro-mobility ("micro-nystagmus"). We can conclude that the UAPs observed by the witnesses are very certainly various natural or man-made phenomena and objects (Jupiter, red wind turbine lights, public lighting, Christmas lights, etc.) mostly accompanied by the micro-nystagmus phenomenon. This case is classified as "A" as a certain observation of nighttime lighting of wind turbines, the planet Jupiter, and public lighting.
