An account in Aveyron, France

Two witnesses report their long observations of a very luminous phenomenon in the sky. On February 20 and 21, 2012, around 8:20 PM, a witness in Aveyron observes, looking West, the slow movement of a particularly luminous point. The witness will use a camera and a camcorder to see and film the phenomenon. Another witness located in the Tarn observes "a kind of very, very bright star." The luminous point observed by the witnesses corresponds to the planet Venus (see sky map), particularly visible at that period and very twinkling in the sunset. This case is classified "A".
