An open record of things people cannot explain

An account in Nord, France

A witness reports in August 2009 an observation made in July 2003. Around 2 p.m., several people in a garden observe the silent passage of twenty to thirty balls in the blue sky. These balls come from the NE and head toward the SW. The observation lasts about 10 minutes. Only one testimony is collected. This is a testimony that cannot be used by GEIPAN. Indeed, it is a testimony 6 years after the observation, which does not specify the date (July 2003... that's all). What is described is not very strange because it is compatible with a release of helium balloons. No means without a date to consolidate the hypothesis with the wind direction. GEIPAN classifies it as C: Lack of information.
