I have been having issues with the physical aspect of lucid dreams lately. I feel like I am wading through mud as I try to move against what the dream wants me to do. Does anyone else have that problem? It is horrible and I feel trapped. That said, I had a horrible nightmare last night. As I try to rationalize it, I am thinking that it is just because I have a bad cold and it was messing with my head. What is odd is that in the middle of the nightmare, like a beacon, I saw my aunt and one of her daughters (as a child). I called out to them, but they did not really see me. When I woke up I got information at breakfast that my uncle had died. How weird!
