An account

The dream started out with me in an outdoor strip mall. It was really warm and sunny outside with only a few clouds. I strode down the sidewalk and walked into a small and slightly dim store. There was an old man behind the counter and an annoyingly nice teenage employee. I think i might have been an old man instead of myself. Anyway, i was looking for something in the store, i think it was a cane. while i rummaged through stuff the employee, who was also wearing a red vest, started to ask me if i needed something and kept following me around the store. All the while i was mumbling a rant about the band The Wanted. I finally found a cane. It was was either black with a white handle or vise versa. It also had those suction cup things on the bottom for some reason. I kind of returned to my normal self and I bought it and started hobbling and walking around like an old person then i guess i noticed my hand on the cane and i counted my fingers. In my dreams i cannot really focus that well on my fingers, like my eyes are cameras that keeps shaking and cannot focus or something. So at first i counted 5 but i noticed one i had not counted and counted again and got 6. I still was not sure so looked again and i only had three fingers! My middle finger, pinky, and thumb. I was now sure i was dreaming and i was really happy and just began to walk around, but i still did not feel fully lucid. There was this group of guys, who were all huddled around a game boy or something like that. They started to argue and i guess that made me mad because i walked over and randomly put one of the guys in a choke-hold. He had mucky curly orange hair that looked like it had never been washed, a brown striped sweater (even though it was summer, i think) and jeans. I stopped and took off my sweater because i was really hot, like i ACTUALLY felt overheated. It felt so cool. I started to play the video game with them for no apparent reason.. I did not really feel lucid then because that is not something i would do in real life, and i did not even really make the decision. But, after i was finished playing the video game with them i felt like i had more control and got up and decided to fly instead. I walked into the middle of a full parking lot (but no cars were driving in or out..weird) I also remember that it was so..sunny. Not like that beautiful sunny you see on a summers day, like the kind of sunny that makes you feel so happy and positive. It lit up everything around me, but did not because any discomfort for my eyes and it was not too hot either. It was wonderful. I looked up and focused on the single cloud in the sky. I also really wanted to fly through that cloud and see what it was like. I began to run and felt really pumped and i felt the anticipation, like i was really about to take off. Noting happened. I became a little frustrated and tried again, but i was interrupted by this random person who wanted to talk to me. I think it was a girl. The dream ended somewhere around there.
